Mr. Speaker, I rise to congratulate a number of businesses from Burnside Industrial Park, which is situated in Dartmouth North, which were recently honoured at the Halifax Chamber Business Awards. Totally Raw Dog Food won the gold prize for small business award. Congratulations to its owners, Karen Campbell and Doug Malloy; Moog Focal Technologies won the silver award in the Export Business category; InterTalk Critical Information Systems won Innovative Business of the Year; Mezza Lebanese Restaurant Group won the gold award in the Business of the Year category. Mezza has a location in Burnside, and we are very grateful for that.
Mr. Speaker, Burnside Park is home to businesses of many shapes and sizes, many of which are affiliated with the Greater Burnside Business Association, and who contribute in many ways to our economy and to our community fabric. Congratulations to all the winners and finalists from Burnside and to all of the businesses honoured by the Chamber.
